One sound engineer who is making waves in the music industry is Vincent Kwame Nyafele, known also in the music scene as Vinny Kay. The sound engineer feels it is time to bring his beats production to the door step of musicians who cannot afford his services.

By doing that, the sound engineer who is also the manager of Brain Drain Recording Studio at Mataheko near Kaneshie first light a building before Kata Hotel in Accra has started a special  package for all to support every musicians who want to record in his studios, but cannot afford the cost involved.

He is presently Recording two tracks at the cost of one. This include given the client free guitar works from the best in guitarist in town, Dominic VGMA artist of the year and Kuuku for Tranpet all included in the package. According to him the package will end on the 31st of January 2018, and is therefore asking all musicians to take advantage of the package before it is too late.

In addition to the special  package, Vinny Kay will also engage experts to train the musicians and equip them with vital knowledge on music production in the future.

According to him, as a seasoned sound engineer  music producer, he would use his creativity to raise the standards of Ghanaian music to enable it to compete with those on the international market.

He added that his outfit, Brain Drain Recording Studio, was established to revolutionise the music landscape by providing top quality services, including recording facilities for audio productions.

Vinny Kay has also decided to give his full attention to the music business, where he hopes to leave a lasting legacy.

Over a decade, he has programmed and recorded songs for stars like Rev Eddie Eyison whose 3 songs from his outfit won three awards in the 2018 National Gospel Music Awards which was held in Kumasi on the 22nd of December. I recorded all the three songs that made his works the highest awards winner the sound engineer added.
Vinny Kay also recorded for stars like  Mary Ghansah, Celestine Donkor, Diana Hopeson, Bernice Ansah, Janet Aboagye, Erico of TV3 Mentorfame, , Officer Kwasi Ofori, Sarkodie, Pope Skinny, Trigmatic and many others.

He learnt all his engineering magic from H-Royals, Multi Sound Studio and Top 2 Studios between 2003 and 2008 until he was able to set up his own studio.

The sound engineer added that there is still more to come.
